Support options
LSHTM has several bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct support avenues available to staff, including:
- Your line manager
- HR partners (internal access only)
- Anti bullying and anti-harassment advisors (internal access only)
- EDI team (internal access only)
- External EAP provision, provided by Health Assured (internal access only)
Reporting options
Issues can be reported directly through LSHTM's Report and Support platform or via HR, the EDI team or line management.
A flow chart is available to show the reporting options and relevant policies for staff (pdf).
Training and education
- EDI at LSHTM (currently on Moodle) will contain modules on maintaining healthy relationships, understanding consent and tackling harassment. The Responding to Disclosures module is aimed at staff but available for students to take. These are being developed and will be available for all staff soon.
- Face to Face/facilitated training sessions, including Challenging Micro-Aggressions and Becoming an Active Bystander can currently be booked onto via the TD Course Booking System, from 1 September 2025 these courses can be booked onto via the learning tab in ESS.
