We aim to provide an inclusive research, education and working environment reflected through a community that everyone feels a part of, which is safe, respectful, supportive and enables all to reach their full potential.

Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy, approved in March 2021, sets out our approach to EDI over an initial two-year period and acts as a public statement of our commitment to progressing equity, diversity and inclusion.
