Dr Sultana Khanum: Why I am remembering LSHTM in my will
Dr Sultana Khanum attended LSHTM in the 1980s after receiving a scholarship, and later went on to complete her PhD at our School. Sultana’s impactful career has focused on tackling child malnutrition in low-income settings. She also founded and runs the LSHTM Alumni Chapter in Bangladesh.

The LSHTM Fund Scholarship enables talented students to study at LSHTM to improve health and health equity for people worldwide, regardless of their financial circumstances. Meenakshi Monga is the 2022 LSHTM Fund Scholar, enabling her to achieve an MSc in Nutrition for Global Health and fulfil her desire to harness nutrition as a tool that can improve health and wellbeing worldwide.
