Trade Union Facility Time Publication

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 came into force on 1 April 2017. In order to comply with the regulations, public sector employers, including universities, are required to collate and publish data on paid facility time for employees who are relevant trade union officials. 

Below is the information from LSHTM’s return relevant to the period 1 April 2017 – 31 March 2018. This data will be produced and published annually.
