Planetary health panel

Climate change is the greatest threat to human health in the twenty-first century. As we try to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare for COP26, we are faced with an urgent need to re-build a sustainable and healthy society that is able to adapt and respond to the climate crisis. In this session, a panel of experts from the LSHTM Centre on Climate Change and Planetary Health will present evidence on the effects of climate change on our health and discuss critical policies that could protect us in the future.

This session will be chaired by Professor Alan Dangour, Professor of Food and Nutrition for Global Health and Director of LSHTM Centre on Climate Change and Planetary Health.
