Our Welcome Fair is the equivalent of a "freshers' fair", where you can find out more about the student services available to you and opportunities to get involved at LSHTM. Virtual Zoom stands will be open throughout the sessions so you can drop in and out of calls at your own pace, visit as many of the stands as you like and ask your questions.
There will be two sessions taking place, on Thursday 16th October 2025, 11:30-12:30 and 16:00-17:00 UK time (BST). Many of the stalls will be present at both sessions, but some may only attend once. Read through the descriptions below to find out who you can meet at each stall.
The common password for all sessions will be emailed to new students. Please click the links in the descriptions below to join.
