Infectious diseases have been sweeping through the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh for months, including diptheria. Chrissy Alcock, a student at LSHTM, has been on the ground since December as part of the UK Emergency Medical Team. In this blog, she shares what it is like working on a team to help support local capacity in dealing with such a humanitarian crises.
