Waiting times in emergency departments: what do we know and what can we do about them?

This lunchtime seminar explores which countries apart from the United Kingdom have adopted maximum waiting times in emergency departments, what information is available on actual waiting times, and what evidence exists on the effects of maximum waiting times in the countries that have adopted them.
