Multimorbidity research and collaboration at LSHTM: bridging disciplines and diseases
A two-day hybrid event to learn about ongoing and planned multimorbidity research across LSHTM and its partner institutions

Multimorbidity research spans a wide range of areas, reflecting the complexity of multiple chronic conditions and their impacts on individuals and health systems.
The Centre for Global Chronic Conditions (CGCC) two-day hybrid event will be an opportunity to learn about ongoing and planned multimorbidity research across LSHTM and its partner institutions, exploring diverse perspectives on this global challenge across research sites and disciplines.
Through themed discussions covering epidemiology, patient experience, implementation science and more, we aim to outline future research priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Formally hosted by The Health Research Unit Zimbabwe (THRU ZIM), you are invited to join in-person at any of the following in-person hubs: LSHTM London, MEIRU Malawi, MRC Unit The Gambia, MRC Unit Uganda, and THRU-ZIM Zimbabwe. Whilst we strongly encourage you to join in-person to facilitate discussions, there will be an option to join via Zoom for those unable to do so.
