A deeper dive into research of the Gender Violence and Health Centre
Join us to discover cutting-edge research on gender-based violence from emerging researchers in the GVHC
Join us for an inspiring event as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
The Gender and Violence Health Centre (GVHC) and Maternal, Adolescent, Reproductive & Child Health (MARCH) Centre at LSHTM invite you to a showcase of cutting-edge work by emerging and mid-career researchers who are driving change in the field of GBV.
During this interactive session, you’ll hear rapid-fire presentations highlighting innovative studies, fresh insights, and powerful stories behind the research. The talks will present evidence from Tanzania and Malawi, to Saudi Arabia and Myanmar, showcasing diverse context and populations, as well as global partnerships.
After the presentations, we’ll open the floor for a Q&A and discussion – an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and spark new collaborations.
Whether you’re passionate about evidence-based solutions or eager to learn how research can help end GBV, this event promises to inform, inspire, and ignite meaningful action.
