Transforming food systems for planetary health

Current food systems are major drivers of planetary health impacts. Their environmental impacts risk transgressing environmental limits without providing diets that are both healthy and affordable. This talk will focus on the role of dietary change and discuss how food systems can be transformed to preserve planetary and population health.
