Paying your tuition fees

Please use the links below to pay for tuition fees (and field trips fees, where applicable) for intensive master's programmes and doctoral programmes and for the Professional Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (East African Partnership). Distance learning students should follow guidance from University of London.

A tuition fees invoice will be sent to you via email before the start of your course. Please wait to receive this before making payment. Tuition fees are due in full by the date stated on the invoice.

Please note that the below Flywire link is to be used to pay tuition fees invoices only. MSc applicants wishing to pay their £50 application fee, or the £500 tuition fee deposit required in order to meet their offer conditions, should do so via the link provided to them on the applicant portal instead.

Other payment options

We encourage students and sponsors paying from non-UK bank accounts to pay tuition fees, where possible, using the Flywire portal. Flywire offers competitive exchange rates and a secure and easy-to-use service. Paying through Flywire also ensures that the School receives the correct sterling value of the invoice, avoiding shortfalls in payments due to bank charges or fluctuations in exchange rates. For all payments please quote the student’s name and student reference number (this is the LSHTM student number and is usually 6 or 7 digits long). Payers must pay the full sterling value of the tuition fees invoice, and include any shortfall due to currency exchange rates or bank charges.
