I am a Research Fellow in Physiology, with a specific interest in the impact of heat on human physiological outcomes and health. My current research focuses on the impact of heat exposure on the physiological responses of vulnerable populations / individuals in vulnerable settings, including care homes, prisons, hospitals, and residential homes.
My previous work focused on the impact of occupational heat exposure on worker safety and how wearable technology can be used to mitigate the risk of occupational heat stress.
