Film screening: Imagining Robert

IMAGINING ROBERT, a one-hour film documentary, is a story of two brothers, one who has suffered the horrors and sadness of mental illness for thirty-eight years--the other, a prize-winning novelist who has been his brother's primary caretaker through those years. This film explores the impact of chronic mental illness on families, and how this impact can play out across decades and across whole lives.

The film screening will be followed by a discussion with Dr Alex Cohen (CGMH) who was involved in this project.

This event is the first of a monthly series, coordinated by Dr Erminia Colucci (Queen Mary University) and Dr Alex Cohen (LSHTM).
