Baby Ubuntu in action: programme implementation in diverse settings

An engaging 60 minute webinar exploring real-world implementation of the Baby Ubuntu programme in diverse settings.

MARCH event card

The Ubuntu hub webinars aim to bring together diverse perspectives on early childhood disability and engage those working in early child disability. In this webinar we will be showcasing some of our amazing implementation partners work and exploring how they integrate Baby Ubuntu into their work. Join us to share experiences and lessons learnt from diverse locations and settings.

This event is open to everyone with interest or experience in implementing programmes for children with developmental disability and their caregivers, and will share learning from the Ubuntu Hub programmes.

This webinar will explore how three organisations are successfully implementing Baby Ubuntu. Real settings, Real Impact:

  • Sierra Leone: World Hope International's Enable the Children programme
  • Northern Uganda: Humanity & Inclusion's work in refugee and host communities
  • Nigeria: Early Child Development project at a major teaching hospital

Each partner will share not just their successes, but their struggles - the real challenges of bringing evidence-based disability support to their communities.

This will be followed by an interactive discussion with attendees and Q&A.

Attendees will learn about:

  • Effective strategies for implementing Baby Ubuntu across diverse settings, drawing on lessons from real life implementation.
  • Practical strategies for integrating evidence-based programmes into existing services.
  • Key implementation challenges and practical solutions.
  • Have the opportunity to share experiences, ideas and learning with global expert panel.
