Aspiring for a deeper understanding or regulatory and policy frameworks, hoping to apply in Regulatory Affairs again or within a Health Policy governmental role. Additionally interested in researching health equity and social determinants affecting access to health.
Why I chose LSHTM/my programme
I chose LSHTM due to its prowess in research and credibility across the globe in its findings. It has a strong epidemiology and research course, with intriguing and proactive course directors in pushing health as a universal human right. I chose my programme as it blends learnings and strengths from two highly regarded institutions, uniquely encompassing health policy, systems, services, and economics. I get the benefits of learning from both!
Extra information
I can advise on those coming from an undergraduate degree in the BioSciences, and backgrounds in pharmaceuticals (specifically regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, patient safety and other relevant departments such as clinical trials/research and medical affairs). As a Londoner, I can advise on travel, events, night outs, deals and student discounts!
