Educational/professional background
I am a Public health researcher with a background in medicine (Homoeopathy) from India. I have worked across implementation-focused research, health systems strengthening, and evidence-informed public health practice in the UK and India. Currently working within the NIHR-funded Allied Health Professions Workforce Research Partnership (AHP WRaP) at the University of Lincoln, supporting Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE), stakeholder coordination, and implementation-focused research activities. My work increasingly sits at the intersection of health systems strengthening, co-production, and applied public health research.
My MSc Public Health research at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), conducted in collaboration with UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), explored thunderstorm asthma and strengthened my interest in understanding how extreme weather events impact population health. I am genuinely interested in developing strategies for public health preparedness with respect to climate change and prefers to approach this idea via community engagement.

What I have been doing since graduating
I have been working with the University of Lincoln (UK) as Research Administrator supporting a NIHR-funded Allied Health Professions Workforce Research Partnership (AHP WRaP) focused on health systems strengthening, and building evidence-informed recommendations via Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE).
