Educational/professional background
Enock is a seasoned public health professional, health management consultant, and development practitioner, currently serving as a Programme Manager (Consultant) for an HIV/AIDS and Health focused NGO called Pangaea Zimbabwe. Enock is pursuing a PhD in Public Health at UNICAF University, specializing in Public Health Policy and Financing. He holds an MSc Public Health (MPH) and the Amanda Jacklyn Berger prize for his MSc Thesis from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the UK, obtained under the prestigious British Chevening scholarship (2018-19 cohort). Additionally, he has earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), a BSc Hons in Psychology and a diploma in General Nursing among other qualifications.

Enock received numerous professional and work-related awards and accolades demonstrating his passion for excellence namely Africa Evidence Leadership award under the Evidence user category in August 2024, Pangaea Zimbabwe Brand Ambassador and Growth and Innovation awards in June 2023, Country Representative of the Year for 2022 from Healthcare Information for All (HiFA) and the British Chevening volunteers Gold award in June 2019. Enock serves as a Reference Group committee member for Africa Evidence Network, Steering committee member for International Network for Governmental Advice Africa chapter, Climate Sensitive Infectious Diseases Network and Country Representative for Zimbabwe under HiFA. Enock served as a Research Assistant with the International Centre for Evidence in Disability at LSHTM, developing evidence briefs for disability organizations across Africa and Asia representing the Global south. He is a visiting lecturer for Health Services Management course in the Department of Health and Family Sciences at Women’s University in Africa. Enock is a member of the UK Faculty of Public Health and the American Society for Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.
