Educational/professional background
I am a medical doctor with MBBS and MD from India. I have >5 years of work experience in public health and research prior to LSHTM.
Research interests or career goals
I am interested in working and researching at the health systems level in the field of digital health, particualrly in the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. My previous research experience included health financing reforms, health systems research and neglected tropical diseases.
Why I chose LSHTM/my programme
I was inspired by the legacy of LSHTM in public health education and research. I chose this program to develop a skillset and knowledge in health policy, planning and financing and leverage the resources from two great institutes.
