I am an infectious disease epidemiologist and modeller currently working with the Vaccine Impact Modelling Consortium and various stakeholders on measles vaccination in low- and middle-income settings. My research projects centre on policy-relevant questions such as the cost-effectiveness of microarray patch vaccines, age targets of campaign vaccination, and immunisation strategies for outbreak response.

 

Previously, I focused on the epidemiology, vaccination, and control strategies of tuberculosis (TB), both in Taiwan and globally, at Imperial College London. I also participated in COVID-19 response research on estimating infection fatality risk and excess TB burden related to health service disruption during a lockdown.

I am a co-lead of the Modelling and Economic Evaluation of Vaccines (MEEV) research theme at the Centre for Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases.
