This Epiverse TRACE showcase will feature demos of the readepi and cleanepi packages, as well as a demo of an analytic pipeline that uses R packages to wrangle and analyse outbreak data.
This event is part of a series of showcases by Epiverse-TRACE.
This online seminar is open to all members of the community working on epidemic preparedness and response, and will allow participants to learn about the purpose and key features of these packages, hear about tips and tricks, and ask questions and suggest areas for further development.
