Maryam Shahmanesh will draw on her work in Africa Health Research Institute with adolescents, young men and women living in rural KwaZulu-Natal South Africa to make a case for developing and rapidly evaluating participatory community-based, holistic and HIV neutral approaches to tackle the HIV epidemic in rural South Africa.
