Charlotte leads all non-scientific aspects of the Baby Ubuntu portfolio, working closely with Professor Cally Tann within the Maternal and Newborn Health Group. She brings over 15 years of experience working across sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, supporting research and delivering training programmes in newborn, child, and maternal health at institutions including the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, University College London, and Penta Child Health Research.
An experienced programme manager, Charlotte provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial oversight. Her expertise includes budget development, monitoring and reporting, grant application management, research project coordination, stakeholder and donor engagement, contract management, and human resources support.
