I am responsible for a large project portfolio involving Newborn and Child Development research (NeoShield, Food4Education, IMPULSE, Stillbirth Epi), and have managed the operational, financial and governance aspects of about 60 projects from inception to closure. I promote innovative working practices and equity, encouraging the sharing of experiences between colleagues and collaborative global partners to develop a common vision for successful results. Ensuring my team members’ sense of belonging and camaraderie is an important part of my management approach. 

The vibrant research community at LSHTM allows me to exchange ideas, engage with diverse cultures and expand my knowledge of international health research.
