Carried out by AdvanceHE, the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) is the only UK sector-wide survey of taught postgraduate students (face-to-face). It provides key insights from postgraduates about their learning and teaching experience. In the 2024-25 survey, LSHTM scored:

- 90% in overall online resources satisfaction
- 89% in overall teaching satisfaction

What if Charlotte could use clinical research to overcome Uganda’s HIV burden?
Previously working as a Biotechnologist and Microbiologist, Charlotte from Uganda has witnessed how cases of HIV infections and cancer have affected her community and country. Determined to make a difference in her community through clinical research, Charlotte is now pursuing her MSc in Clinical Trials by Distance Learning.
"I hoped for a globally relevant programme that would lay a foundation upon which I would build a hugely successful career in clinical research, and I have not been disappointed. What if Preethi could use Wolbachia to help control the spread of malaria?
Preethi is a clinical pharmacist from India who, driven by a desire to gain a stronger global perspective on public health, she came to LSHTM for her MSc in Public Health and is now a PhD candidate at LSHTM, where her research focuses on mapping and modelling the potential of Wolbachia for malaria control.
