Epidemiologist and infectious disease modeller with a strong interest in disease transmission and vaccine strategies. Over ten years of experience in programming, statistical analysis, and web-development. My current research focusses on i) optimizing pneumococcal vaccination in humanitarian crises and ii) evaluating reduced dose pneumococcal vaccination strategies.

Teaching
I teach on Epidemiology and Control of Communicable Diseases (EPM301) and Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases (EPM302) for the distance learning MSc Epidemiology, and on Health Data Management and Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases on in-person MSc programmes. I supervise several MSc summer projects every year.
