The production and use of Evidence Gap Maps
Evidence and gap maps are a recent evidence synthesis product that have gathered a great deal of interest from researchers, commissioners and users of evidence. CEDIL has funded a range of evidence syntheses including maps. This session presents CEDIL-funded maps and an overview of the use of maps, including examples from CEDIL-funded work.
Howard White presents the central role of maps in building evidence architecture, and Carol Otike and Suchi Malhrota present two CEDIL funded gap maps on Uganda, and on transport. The presentations will be followed by a short guided discussion by the speakers before opening to a Q&A from the audience.
