London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine

We are pleased to announce the date of the 2018 Graduation Ceremony. Eligible graduates will receive further information in December and January.

Invitations
Invitations will be emailed to all eligible MSc and Research Degree students in December and January. Any student who has not received their invitation should contact the Events and Graduation Office at graduation@lshtm.ac.uk, with details of their course and current email address. Research Degree Students must have had their award conferred by 5 February to be eligible to attend the graduation ceremony. In order for the award to be conferred, Registry must be in receipt of the final thesis and all examination documentation. 

Booking Your Place
You must register in advance if you wish to attend. You will need to confirm your attendance by completing the online registration form which will be emailed in December or January.

Confirmation of your registration and further information on the arrangements for the ceremony will be sent to you in due course.

The deadline to register your attendance is Friday 2 February 2018. After this date we cannot guarantee places will be available.

There will be two ceremonies, one at 10.30am and the other at 2.30pm with courses and qualifications invited as follows:

Timings

The ceremonies last around 2 hours and are followed by a reception at Keppel Street.
