Development of an intervention to support reproductive health of women seeking medical abortion in Cambodia
Chris Smith and Elisa Oreglia will deliver this talk entitled 'Development of an intervention to support reproductive health of women seeking medical abortion in Cambodia'.
Chris Smith (LSHTM) and Elisa Oreglia (Kings College) will introduce a new research project which is a collaboration between LSHTM, SOAS, Kings College and Marie Stopes International Cambodia, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC). The project will focus on women seeking abortion services working in garment factories in Cambodia and will involve qualitative methods. This seminar will outline the context of the study and proposed research methods and ethical issues working with garment factory workers and small private providers. We would very much appreciate feedback on our proposed approach before we finalise the research protocol.
