Dr Andriana Kostouraki

Research Fellow

United Kingdom

I joined the Medical Statistics Department as a Research Fellow in August 2025. My current research focuses on methods that combine clinical risk prediction modelling and causality concepts with potential applications in outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk using electronic health records data. Prior to this, I obtained my PhD in Epidemiology and Population Health from LSHTM, which was funded by CR UK and titled ‘Comparison of causal inference methods for observational data with a hierarchical structure’.
