I am a Research Fellow at LSHTM working within the Population Health Innovation lab (PHI|lab). My research interests include implementation science, behaviour change and health promotion. I am currently working on the evaluation of planning policy to regulate takeaway food outlets for improved health in England in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.

I am a mixed methods researcher. I completed my PhD at University College London which focused on health promotion in people with severe mental illnesses. I also hold a Masters in Psychiatric Research and a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
