Julio is a Clinical Trials Assistant for the WOMAN-2 Trial at the CTU Global Health Trials Group in LSHTM. The WOMAN-2 trial looks at the effectiveness of tranexamic acid in reducing postpartum bleeding in anaemic women.

Prior to this, Julio was a Clerical Assistant for the HALTIT Trial that looked at the usage of TXA for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding. This trials was also coordinated for the CTU at LSHTM.
