I lead the User Support & Information Services Team in the Library which is responsible for all user-facing library services. This includes training and support, membership, access and enquiry support, the Leganto reading lists service, inter-library loan and document delivery services, and liaison with Library users.
I have expertise in providing literature searching support for systematic reviews and have contributed to a number of projects. ORCID: http://orcid.org/0000-0002-7329-0577.
I provide bibliometrics support to the School and have contributed to reviews of our collaborators and in benchmarking our work against our national and international competitors.
I am responsible for the conservation and preservation of our rare books collections. As part of this work, I led a project to digitise over 2000 of our rare books and pamphlets. These are available for use under a creative commons licence via the Internet Archive/Wellcome funded UK Medical Heritage Library.

I can support staff conducting literature reviews and systematic reviews. Please contact me to arrange an appointment.
I am also available to conduct a literature search for your project at pro-rata rates. Please contact me to discuss this further, or complete the form on Service Desk (LSHTM staff only).
I can advise on the use of bibliometrics to assess your research impact and can provide help and advice on setting up an ORCID profile, improving citation rates and evaluating research using bibliometrics.
