I joined LSHTM in 2023 to work with Prof. Marco Springmann on Food System Externalities. My focus is on the health and environmental impacts of current global diets, and the opportunities we have to mitigate them.
My academic background is in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Inequality Studies, and Urban Theory. My professional background is varied, I have been working for the past ten years covering different roles in both academia and the private sector.
Beyond food systems and their externalities, you can ask me about social network analysis (SNA), bibliometric analysis, data visualisation, co-benefits/trade-offs in food systems, and artisanal cheese.
I use or have used R (statistical analysis, social network analysis, data visualisation), VOSViewer (visualising academic literature networks), MATLAB (agent-based modelling), Qualtrics (survey), Survey Monkey (survey).
