Understanding the mechanisms through which community health workers change behaviour
Using qualitative methods this piece of research explored how front-line health workers influenced care practices.
Dr Zelee Hill’s research spans several areas of maternal, child and neonatal health including improving the performance of community health workers, community newborn care and community child development interventions. At its core her research has focused on designing and evaluating interventions that can be implemented in real life settings, that explore cutting edge issues and that have direct policy implications.
