Nano-scale imaging of malaria parasite architecture

In our work we use a combination of super-resolution fluorescence microscopy and 3D electron microscopy techniques combined with inducible gene knockdown approaches to investigate how parasite architecture and shape combine with host cell modifications to enhance parasite survival.
