Maria Woolderink is a researcher at Maastricht University and Medical Center, and a project manager at Statistics Netherlands.
Summary: Children of parents with mental illness or addiction are at increased genetic, biological and psychosocial risk of developing problems themselves. Therefore tailored interventions have been developed.
This presentation draws on the outcome assessment of an online preventive course for adolescent children from parents dealing with mental illness or addiction. The evaluation integrates the clinical perspective, perspectives and experiences of patients and providers, judicial and ethical perspectives and the service utilisation perspective.
