Environment, Risk and Health

This is the fourth in our new series of Department seminars. Our focus today is on the intersection of environment, risk and health. How do physical, social, policy and economic environments interplay to alleviate or produce health-related risk? How are these environments navigated and negotiated by ‘at risk’ populations? How might public health interventions account for the spatial dimensions of health?

Through exploring these, and related questions, we look forward to a stimulating interdisciplinary debate on the relationship between environment and health!
