Doctoral college launch: Celebrating public engagement by doctoral students
The new LSHTM Doctoral College will provide a focal point for doctoral training and early career researcher development. It will offer a unique environment in which to undertake research training in public and global health and provide our vibrant research community enhanced support and opportunities for training, development and networking.
This event will give an overview of the activities of the new Doctoral College followed by an introduction to public engagement work at LSHTM and showcase of public engagement work by current doctoral students.
This event will be of particular interest to our doctoral students as well as those who engage with them or are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree at LSHTM.
Tea and coffee will be available between 9.30-10am in the Pumphandle Bar for those attending.
Free and open to all.
