Applied Epidemiology Scientific Conference 2016

Public Health England's (PHE) Applied Epidemiology Scientific Conference 2016 conferencewill be held in March, 2016. The event website is now open to book your place and abstract submissions for oral or poster presentation are invited in a range of categories. The deadline for submissions via the conference website is midnight on Friday 11 December 2015.

The conference will take place at the University of Warwick and will support high quality and innovative applied scientific activity through the sharing of good practice including the work of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Health Protection Research Units.

The conference will be a mix of plenary sessions, posters and parallel sessions. Key speakers will include Susan Michie, who will talk on a behavioural change and David Heymann who will talk on global health, rapid response teams and ebola lessons.

Trainees and early career scientists are most welcome.
