Antiviral drug discovery approaches for flavivirus infections
The Drug Discovery Group at UCL School of Pharmacy are following complementary approaches to identify novel antivirals for Dengue and Zika virus infections. One strand focuses on identifying small molecules that regulate host mechanisms and the alternative concentrates on viral proteins, particularly DENV & ZIKA rdrp.
