Lisa Ruch is the Education Partnerships Manager at LSHTM, bringing over 20 years of experience in the international development sector, where she specialised in securing funding and designing sustainable growth strategies for organisations working in low- and middle-income countries.

Her work has consistently focused on building strategic partnerships—across NGOs, government, donors, and the private sector—with a particular emphasis on helping organisations diversify their funding and strengthen financial sustainability. Throughout her career, Lisa has collaborated with a range of education institutions, including universities, to develop joint programmes, knowledge partnerships, and capacity-strengthening initiatives.

She now applies that experience to LSHTM’s global education mission, supporting the development of collaborative, mission-driven initiatives that expand the School’s education offer and impact worldwide.
