I am a humanitarian professional and researcher. My career goal is to train the next generation of health professionals in health policy and program evaluation to conduct research within the academia to improve health policy development especially in low-income countries. I completed a Master of Science in Global Health from Duke University (USA). I am currently working in Grants Management for International Relief NGOs in South Sudan and Sudan. I lead grants management and monitoring and evaluation for health and nutrition, water, education and food security programs funded by USAID (BHA), DFID (FCDO), GAVI and the United Nations Agencies including WFP, FAO, WHO, UNICEF and UN-OCHA. I have experience developing systems for quality assurance for different projects in East Africa and India and my core interest is the intersection between impact and public policy. I am Pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
