I am a research degree student pursuing MPhil/PhD in Epidemiology and Population Health. Also, I am a Research Fellow at the Mwanza Intervention Trials Unit (MITU) in Mwanza, Tanzania. I hold a degree in Medicine from the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences and a Master of Science in Global Health from Duke University.

My research interest is at the intersection of chronic illness and infectious diseases, including HIV and cardiovascular disease care models. My Phd project is focused on understanding the impact of sleep disorders and cardiovascular disease on health outcomes in Tanzania.
