I am a Research Assistant working with the SEDHI (Social and environmental determinants of health and inequalities) project in partnership with Brazil, Ecuador, and the United Kingdom. I hold a PhD and MSc in Tropical Medicine and Epidemiology from the University of Brasília, Brazil. My expertise lies in epidemiological data analysis and health situation assessment, with a strong focus study design, on tropical and neglected diseases, as well as the social and economic determinants that shape vulnerability and disease occurrence. From 2018 to 2025, I worked at the Brazilian Ministry of Health across different areas, including infectious diseases (particularly malaria and arboviruses), occupational health, and climate change and health.
