Educational/professional background

I completed by BSc in Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences (Major in Biosciences) at the University of Birmingham. I then worked as Health Policy Intern at Costello Medical for six months.

Research interests or career goals 

I am interested in health policy and hope to go into a research or government related role.

Why I chose LSHTM/my programme

I chose MSc Public Health to combine my interests from my bachelors in Biology with politics and social sciences. I was interested in pursuing a career in health in a non-lab setting. During my internship in health policy I became increasingly interested in public health and the social determinants of health and having attended some talks at LSHTM thought it would be a great place to study.
