Why I chose LSHTM/my programme

My experience working in government hospitals in Uganda and the community research I conducted in rural settings made me realize that I want to work with a community approach which is offered by a degree like Public Health, as opposed to an individual one that my clinical background offers. I chose LSHTM because it admits students from all backgrounds with wide ranging expertise, all actively working towards globally healthy communities.

I am a full time student, MSC Public Health Student representative of Gordon group and Student Liaison Officer of MARCH Centre – Child theme.
