With an increasing recognition of the complex drivers behind women’s and children’s nutritional outcomes, nutrition research has progressed to encompass multidisciplinary approaches in a quest to inform actions for optimal nutritional outcomes among vulnerable populations. During her lecture, Suneetha will share her journey of embracing these complexities, drawing from her work in areas such as HIV, food and nutrition security, and agriculture-food systems for nutrition. This lecture will provide a peek into the constantly-evolving agenda of Global Nutrition in response to the several grand challenges we face today.
