Advancing the science of interventions to tackle antimicrobial resistance (AMR)

Insights from the AMR-Resilience project 

A presentation by Didier Wernli on his innovative work looking at interventions on the six challenges of collective action regarding AMR (surveillance, infection prevention, containment, conservation, access and innovation). 

Attendees will learn about Dr Didier’s latest project which considers the many challenges of AMR and possible interventions to address this increasingly urgent global problem. 

Speaker

Didier Wernli is a Senior Researcher/Lecturer and the Deputy Director for research at the Global Studies Institute of the University of Geneva. He has an appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health of the University of Hong Kong. Didier holds a medical doctorate (MD) from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
