Calling all Research Degree students! Are you looking for a fun challenge? Hoping to hone your communication skills with the chance to win cash prizes? Sign up for the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine 2018 Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition. 3MT challenges RD students to describe their research to a general audience within three minutes using a single static slide and no props. It was developed by the University of Queensland, Australia and is hosted in the UK by Vitae.

What is in it for me?

As a 3MT participant, you have a chance to win cash prizes, share your research with a wider community and participate in up to three dedicated training sessions that will support the development of your competition entry and help you develop key communication and presentation skills. The winner of the School final will represent the School in the National competition.
